Alchester’s services will be performed according to terms and conditions applicable at the time of contracting, but are subject to variation at any time. It is in the client’s best interests to ensure proper care of equipment, it’s environment, and continued offsite BACKUP of both business/private DATA and SYSTEMS software. Alchester is often sought by new clients to help with restoration, recovery or insurance related remedial works, simply because proper BACKUP failed to exist.
Clients providing their own equipment or software should do so in a timely and agreed manner, to avoid penalty travel/re-attendance fees due to delays/disruption. Alchester, in strictest commercial confidence, will act promptly ensuring all services meet quality, security and professional expectations of an assignment. Clients are required to meet their obligations of any supply, system/data protection, adherence to schedules, and the due settlement of invoices.
