or for regional areas where only a dial-up line is available.

The services on THIS page are ONLY FOR users who need very few hours a week,
and who may only be in need of email correspondence or the odd browsing/searching of information on the internet,
or for users who use a notebook and need 56k modem access from a variety of different locations.

Anybody requiring more than say 300 hours a year, and needs it from the same location (same home or office) all the time,
would be far better off to consider using CABLE or ADSL permanently connected.
